Green Silicon Carbide Powder
They are green crystals with high hardness and strong cutting capacity,stable chemical properties and good heat conduction. Silicon carbide has a micro shape of hexagona crystal with Mohs hardness of 9.2-9.6,and micro-Vickers hardness of 3000--3300kg/mm2.Main purpose:Cutting and grinding of solar silicon chips,semiconductor silicon chips and quartz chips; polishing of crystal and ferrite;precision polishing of ceramics and special steel; cutting,fee grinding and polishing of bonded abrasive products and coated abrasive tools; grinding of glass,stones,agate,superb jewels,jade-ware and other non-metal materials; manufacturing of top-grade refractory materials,engineering ceramics,heating elements and thermal elements.
